We process account details, professional profile information, posts, comments, reactions, messages, job and community activity, files you upload, and support requests so that we can provide workOwon’s networking and career features.

We may process device identifiers, push-notification tokens, IP addresses, security events, diagnostics, and feature usage to authenticate members, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Access is requested only when you choose media, attach a document, or record a voice note. Selected content is uploaded to provide the feature you requested. workOwon does not access your entire photo library or microphone in the background.

Profile and public-content visibility follows the audience you select. Service providers may process data solely to host, secure, analyze, email, or deliver notifications. Records are retained while needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and backups.
